All vendors wishing to attend the Melrose Farmers’ Market must submit an application along with other required documents, which may include proof of liability insurance and a Board of Health Certificate for prepared food/beverage items, and workman’s comp form (even if you do not provide to your employees).
All applications should be submitted to health@cityofmelrose.org at least one month prior to the start of the season (2025 summer applications are due May 2nd) or at least 2 weeks prior to the accepted market..
Once received, please upload a copy of your Board of Health permit to your application.
