All vendors wishing to sell food and/or beverages at the Melrose Farmers’ Market must submit an application to the Melrose Board of Health. This application should include:

  1. A Board of Health Certificate

  2. A Worker’s Compensation Insurance form (even if you do not provide worker’s compensation)

All applications should be submitted to health@cityofmelrose.org at least one month prior to the start of the season (2024 summer applications are due May 3rd).

Once received, please forward a copy of your Board of Health permit to melrosefarmersmarket@gmail.com.
