Art at the Market
with Follow Your Art
Lead by the Follow Your Art team, Art at the Market will bring hands-on, inclusive art experiences into our market space. Over five different weeks we’ll host free workshops that welcome everyone of all ages and abilities to create art in a shared community experience. Participants will get to create alongside local artists, connect with neighbors, and express their creativity through simple techniques. The workshops will draw inspiration from the market environment and local farm produce, and will culminate in a community gallery show hosted at Follow Your Art on September 11, 2026.
Details:
Sign up for a 30 minute time slot to complete your project. (Registration coming soon!)
Workshops are designed for all ages, however children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult and fill one spot together (caregiver and child work together on one project).
Participation is free, but donations are welcome to support Follow Your Art’s Arts for All program and the Market’s SNAP Match program.
Dates:

Learn how to make and print stamps using market produce. Then combine them with drawn elements to compose an original work.
July 16, 2:00 - 4:00pm:
Gelli Printmaking
Monoprinting is infinitely fascinating and even a newbie can create beautiful compositions in rich colors. Learn the basics and make a monoprint inspired by the natural world.
