For over 20 years Fior d’Italia has been creating artisinal pasta, sauces and fresh mozzarella cheese. They take classic pastamaking techniques from Italy and put a modern twist on them to provide the best of both the old and new worlds. They’ll be bringing freshly made then frozen: raviolis, pastas, gnocchi’s, sauces and entrees, along with fresh mozzarella.
