Ian Ackermann & Caitlin bought 3,000 taps on 36 acrea in Cabot, VT in 2013. Since setting up their sugaring operation, they have joined farmers’ market in Massachusetts, Vermont & Florida. All their syrups are produced on a wood fired evaporator and bottled in glass to preserve the true flavor. They use no additives or preservatives, only water is taken away.
