When you come to the farmers market, you can use cash, credit cards, debit cards, SNAP cards, Shop Melrose gift checks, WIC coupons, and Senior Farmers’ Market Coupons.
There are new changes this year, the Market Table will no longer process credit cards to give out Market Money to use with vendors. All of our vendors should have the ability to take cash/credit card. If you still have Market Money from previous years, our vendors will honor this as cash for the 2018 season only. You can also turn in your Market Money as a donation to the market.
To use SNAP/EBT, go to the Market Table and we will run your card and give you market money to spend at our food vendors. We are again matching SNAP/EBT with up to $10! For an added SNAP match, we have several HIP (Healthy Incentive Program) farms at our market.
WIC and Senior Farmers’ Market Coupons are accepted at our fruit and vegetable farms.
