On August 23, it is a Fit Life TAKEOVER at the Melrose Farmers’ Market! Please join us for tons of raffles and a chance to win a spin bike. Fit Life is sponsoring our market for the day and providing several free workouts for you to try.
Fit for Life class designed for Seniors at 2:15pm. And we’ll have 18 spin bikes on the lawn for a Spin class from 5:30pm-6:15pm and an Acoustics Harmony Flow Yoga Class from 6:15pm-7:00pm.
Every market goer gets a free 3-class pass to their Melrose/Winchester Studio.
