Come out and support your local farmers market TODAY and pick up some tasty fresh locally produced foods. Why Farmers Markets? See this great info graph below.
Our farms have a ton of seasonal items such as corn, cucumbers, broccoli, squash, sugar plums, berries, beets, peaches, potatoes, nectarines and tomatoes, just to name a few.
In celebration of National Farmers Market week, please help out our market and become a “Friend of the Market.” With a $35 donation you support all the activities offered, operating expenses, SNAP matching and marketing expenses. With your generous gift, we will give you a “super fresh” foldable market bag. This week we’ll have a merchandise (“march”) table set up in the middle of the market where you can become a “friend,” purchase t-shirts, or tickets to our Farm To Table fundraiser, which is being held on September 15. Can’t make the market this week to purchase tickets? Find them online.
In observance of National Farmers’ Market week, please join Health Coach, Marissa Szabo, on a Market Food Tour at 3:30pm (meet at the Market Table).
As always, plan to stroll, walk or bike. If you drive, parking is available at Trinity Church Lot, Cedar Park Commuter Lot and neighboring streets.
Most of our vendors accept credit card, however a few do not. Please bring cash just in case. We also offer SNAP and a $10 SNAP match at the market table. Currently we have 2 HIP farms (Dicks and Moonlight).
