Our Demo Chef, Suman Shah, whipped together a fresh-delicious Peach + Heirloom Tomatoes Salsa last week. The peaches and tomatoes are prime picking and are so ripe. What better use than to make a salsa even the little ones will eat. Only thing missing was a bag of chips, although I bet it would taste great on bread, to make a bruschetta.
