Only three weeks left to shop for just picked, locally grown, seasonal, produce at our outdoor market. (Don’t worry, the winter market starts in November). Schedule for Thursday’s market below.
2 p.m. Market opens, shop for wholesome fruits, vegetables, cheese, meats, fish, pasta, honey, eggs and more and support your Melrose community.
2 – 6 p.m. Order your Thanksgiving turkey from Shady Pine Farm
2 – 6 p.m.: Ask a Master Gardner at the market table. Trudy Macdonald and Maureen Pritzker, Massachusetts Master Gardeners, will be at the market to answer questions you might have about taking care of your garden.
2:30 p.m. Cook to the season demo. Jordan de Guzman of our own Bondat Foods, will demonstrate an Asian noodle dish.
4 – 6 p.m. Live music by Prateek Poddar. is a singer-songwriter from Weston, Massachusetts who mixes country, blues, and folk to create an original, distinctive sound.
6 p.m. Market closes
