Panzanella Salad
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, cored and diced
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 6 basil leaves, chopped
- 1-2 tsp Bondat spice mix ‘Cluck Yeah!’
- 2-3 Tbsp Omega Dressing Oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pita bread, diced
Preparation
- Mix together all ingredients up to basil
- Whisk together spice mix, oil, & cider vinegar. Pour over vegetables.
- Add pita bread & toss.
