Summer Solstice is Monday, Melrose schools are out, and the farmers’ market is rolling.
This week, bring your knives, scissors and garden tools to be sharpened by On the Edge Knife Sharpening at the market. While you wait, enjoy folky, upbeat music by Amy Spillert, a singer, songwriter and guitarist from Beverly, Mass.
We reached out to our vendors and they gave us a few highlights of what they would be bringing this week. Deano’s will be bringing a new Farmers’ Market Vegetable Ravioli. By popular request, Foxboro Cheese will bringing back more Feta. Jennifer Lee will have her vegan donuts. The Popover Lady will have cinnamon and sugar popovers. Pour Man’s coffee will be back with their delicious brownies. Samira will have stuffed grape leaves and olives. The Soup Guys will have asian slaw and tahini sauce. And Dick’s Market will have more strawberries.
View our summer schedule to see everyone that will be at the market.
See you Thursday!
