Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 3 Tbsp sliced basil
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp red onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
