ingredients
- 2 c. washed, dried, and chopped fresh romaine lettuce
- 2 c. washed, dried, and chopped fresh mitzuna greens
- 2 c. washed, dried, and chopped fresh tatsoi greens
- 1/2 c. washed, dried, and chopped fresh mustard greens
- 1/2 c. washed, dried, and chopped fresh arugula
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 t. white wine vinegar
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- 1 t. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 t. honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 t. salt
- Pinch white pepper
preparation
1.In a large bowl, combine all of the greens.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the greens. Toss well and serve immediately.
